Have you something special you wish to display ? Presented here we have a rare Paul Boman rosewood and glass display sideboard. Most vitrines or display cases come in tall versions or if they are more of a sideboard style then they tend to be a much rougher looking item that would compliment a modern home or modern shop environment. What we have here is top of the range mid-century styling mixed with top of the range materials. The sideboard has a glass front, rosewood sides, chrome on the feet and black glass on the back doors.
Here we have a beautiful rosewood sideboard, or highboard as it should be described is designed by Danish designer Børge Seindal for Vestergaard Møbler 1. The craftmanship that has gone into the makings of this exquisite sideboard is of the highest standard and our restoration team has done a beautiful job restoring this sideboard. It was designed circa 1967 and features sliding doors and a set of four drawers. There is plenty of storage with a bar section in the center to allow for storage of bottles and glassware and various cocktail making tools. The shelves are adjustable which will allow you to create more room for bottles or glassware if required. This beautiful sideboard would be a statement piece for any interior.
This stunning pair of 1970s Milo Baughman lounge chairs in a lush cotton gold velvet would be the center piece of any office or home. We bought these in the USA and shipped them to our base in Dublin, Ireland. The original fabric was a very worn, tired and ugly fabric and we believe we have done an excellent job transforming these chairs to meet the modern furniture world. The frames are in very good condition in consideration of the age. They do have some light wear which is normal. The frames have all been polished for shine and to remove any old dirt and grime. The seating position of the chairs is very nice and would certainly work in a residential or commercial environment or within an office setting. American design from this period takes it cues from the art deco period but uses more modern materials and manufacturing techniques. While these chairs evoke an earlier period they also look and feel incredibly modern yet they have a better build quality than most similar modern furniture. These chairs will last you a lifetime.
