This rare and iconic collection of chairs is nicknamed “The Embassy chair” due to it’s popularity in usage in embassy’s worldwide. Each frame is constructed in solid teak and was designed by Niels Otto Møller for JL Møller Furniture Factory and was manufactured in the 1970s, these chairs are a testament to the enduring quality of Danish design.

Seen in the images, the chairs are in its original paper cord which unfortunately is too worn and brittle to save, we are including upholstery in a leather or fabric of your choice in the price. Please get in touch with us to discuss colors and material choice. Most buyers prefer them in leather due to quality, durability and easier to clean.

We have years of experience in building custom crates and shipping furniture and items all over the world using independent couriers and shipping agencies via air, freight and ocean. Returns

We offer a 14 day no questions asked return policy on all our items for your own peace of mind. If you are not happy with your purchase or the item, please contact us via phone or email within 14 days of receiving the item.

Shipping these days is pretty simple and it is something that we are good at. We have shipped pieces of furniture all over the world. It can take a little time to get shipping quotes as most deliveries are different. Ireland and the UK are easy and generally take under an hour to quote. Mainland Europe, the USA and the Rest of the world take a little longer but generally less than 24 hours.

Once we have booked the shipping then you can rest assured that communication will be good, the packaging will be excellent and we will stick 100% with the process until we know you are happy.

Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver all over the world and are expert at getting your item to you safely and for the best price possible. Please email with any special requests.

How are my items packed?
We have an expert team of packers and craters that are vert adept at getting our unique and one-off pieces safely packaged to be transported anywhere in the world.

When will I receive my products?
Depending on where you are anything from 1-2 working days to possibly 21 days for specialised “white glove” delivery to hard to reach areas.

However, we will endeavour to give you an estimated time of delivery when we quote you.

Do you provide home / office installation?
Yes we can in most cases, especially in Ireland and the U.K. but for other parts of Europe, United States and the rest of the world we may have to use a locally sourced agent from our wide range of contacts worldwide.

UK and Ireland

All items are sold with a two-week ‘cooling off’ period. You may indicate you wish to return an item within two weeks of receiving it and we will accept it back, no questions asked. The item must be returned in the exact same condition it was received in.

If you wish us to collect the item during one of our scheduled runs to the UK, then please inform us by email and we can give you an approximate date of collection.
If you wish for the item to be removed quicker than we are capable of offering, then all costs associated with the removal and shipping of that item will not be refundable. We will only refund the initial cost price.
If the item was delivered using a service other than our own delivery service, then those costs will not be refundable.
All refunds will be made after we have received the item and inspected it.

USA, Europe and the Rest of the World

I ordered a vintage record holder, which was beautiful, but - to my devastation - just didn’t work in the room. The Vintage Hub were so generous about organising a return 14 days later - they collected the piece promptly and issued a refund. We bought two living-room chairs from The Vintage Hub and could not be happier. The chairs look even more beautiful in person than they did in the photos. I had my eye on this pair of beautiful tub chairs for months, but first we had to get a house to put them in! Fortunately no one else snapped them up and they were our moving-in present to ourselves. Killian at The Vintage Hub was kind enough to hold onto them until we were ready, as we weren’t willing to risk the exquisite fabric in the moving van. They arrived in perfect condition and the Studio Donegal upholstery in Nougat is even more interesting and textured than it appeared online.
