UK and Ireland
All items are sold with a two-week ‘cooling off’ period. You may indicate you wish to return an item within two weeks of receiving it and we will accept it back, no questions asked. The item must be returned in the exact same condition it was received in.- If you wish us to collect the item during one of our scheduled runs to the UK, then please inform us by email and we can give you an approximate date of collection.
- If you wish for the item to be removed quicker than we are capable of offering, then all costs associated with the removal and shipping of that item will not be refundable. We will only refund the initial cost price.
- If the item was delivered using a service other than our own delivery service, then those costs will not be refundable.
- All refunds will be made after we have received the item and inspected it.
USA, Europe and the Rest of the World

We bought two living-room chairs from The Vintage Hub and could not be happier. The chairs look even more beautiful in person than they did in the photos. We were a bit apprehensive ordering vintage and unseen furniture from Europe, but The Vintage Hub made it all easy and worthwhile. I had my eye on this pair of beautiful tub chairs for months, but first we had to get a house to put them in! Fortunately no one else snapped them up and they were our moving-in present to ourselves. We bought a beautiful table and chairs from The Vintage Hub which is a treasure trove of lovely mid century furniture. We saw the table on our first visit and John then sourced 6 chairs in the style we were looking for.
