A beautifully sculpted side chair designed by Illum Wikkelsø for Niels Eilersen, Denmark, in the 1960s. Crafted in solid teak with a gently curved back rail and angled legs, the chair’s silhouette is both architectural and organic—hallmarks of Wikkelsø’s refined design language.
The chair retains its original black leather upholstery, which remains in excellent vintage condition, offering a rich patina and a soft, lived-in feel that only time can produce. The curved arms and low back create a striking yet comfortable profile, making this a standout occasional or desk chair.
