How much does delivery cost?
If you are based in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) or Northern Ireland (NI) home delivery is free. For deliveries outside of the island of Ireland, delivery charge will differ depending on the item's size and where it is going, it will also depend on if the item requires a custom crate to be shipped or not. Generally shipping ranges from €60 - €1500 euros which typically includes a custom built crate to hold the item(s) being shipped.
How long will delivery take?
Within the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI) delivery is typically within 1-3 business days. You will receive a call or a message from us prior to delivery to find a day and time that suits you. United Kingdom: We have a courier delivering weekly. France, Belgium, Netherlands: We have a courier going this direction every 2-4 weeks. USA and rest of the world: we use shipping agencies such as FedEx, UPS and Ace Express to ship items world wide, delivery is typically 5-10 business days to most regions, however, this will vary greatly depending on the region.
What happens after I place an order?
We will typically contact you directly to acknowledge the order has been placed and arrange for delivery. Each item is checked over one final time prior to delivery to ensure it is in perfect condition and that there are no new damages, scratches or marks present.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You can view and download your invoices on "My Accounts" page, if you do require one to be sent, please contact us and we will provide you with a PDF documet.
What currencies do you accept?
Our website will display prices in either Euros, British Pounds or Dollars.
Can I pay using AMEX?
Yes, we are able to accept AMEX payments via Stripe. If you are unable to process your order via our website, please contact us directly to arrange payment with American Express (Amex)

Payment Information

When is the money for my order taken out of my bank account?
If you opt to pay via bank transfer, you will have to pay us via the bank details provided. Payments must be made in advanced before a shipment of an order is made. Bank transfer is typically 1-5 business days depending on your region. Card payments are made instant.
What is a wishlist?
A wish list is items that you desire and have added to your own list.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or the wrong product?
If an item has arrived damaged please contact us immediately. All of our shipments are insured. If for some reason the product you received is wrong, please contact us directly and we will resolve the inconvenience as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately so we can cancel or alter your order.
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
All shipments are tracked for your convenience, we will provide you with a tracking link and or a number so that you can follow the shipment.

We offer free nationwide home delivery on all orders

At The Vintage Hub we believe buying furniture should be easy and convenient, therefore we offer free nationwide delivery on the whole island of Ireland. Dublin and surrounding areas is delivered personally by us whereas the rest of the country we use independent couriers we have worked with for years. Once an order has been placed we will be in touch to set a day and time that suits you for delivery.

Does The Vintage Hub ship furniture internationally?

We have years of experience shipping furniture and items to all corners of the world. We ship your furniture or items using reliable couriers or freight companies by making professional shipping crates or suitable boxes depending on the item size. Shipping is not as expensive as many people may think, we offer a variety of options such as air, land or ocean freight. If you would like a quote on a specific item, please get in touch with us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
