A teak extending dining table by McIntosh of Kirkaldy. Likely designed by Tom Robertson. The table has a butterfly leaf that stores internally and then pops out to extend the table. To extend you simply pull at both ends and the table opens through the centre and then the butterfly leaf hinges open and pops in and then when the table is pushed back together the new leaf becomes secure and table becomes whole again. The table has been fully refurbished and looks great. It is a quality bit of timber and a well made piece, much better than most modern pieces available on the high street. It sits 6 people comfortably and 8 at a push. Dimension below is fully extended – the extension (butterfly) leaf is 46 cm so at its smallest the table is 147.5. Price includes delivery anywhere in Ireland. Matching McIntosh dining chairs shown are available separately.
Dimensions: 193.5w x 84d x 74h cms.
