Yes we can in most cases, especially in Ireland and the U.K. but for other parts of Europe, United States and the rest of the world we may have to use a locally sourced agent from our wide range of contacts worldwide.

UK and Ireland
All items are sold with a two-week ‘cooling off’ period. You may indicate you wish to return an item within two weeks of receiving it and we will accept it back, no questions asked. The item must be returned in the exact same condition it was received in.- If you wish us to collect the item during one of our scheduled runs to the UK, then please inform us by email and we can give you an approximate date of collection.
- If you wish for the item to be removed quicker than we are capable of offering, then all costs associated with the removal and shipping of that item will not be refundable. We will only refund the initial cost price.
- If the item was delivered using a service other than our own delivery service, then those costs will not be refundable.
- All refunds will be made after we have received the item and inspected it.
USA, Europe and the Rest of the World
All items are sold with a two-week ‘cooling off’ period. You may indicate you wish to return an item within two weeks of receiving it and we will accept it back no questions asked.
